Summit Financial Coronavirus Preparedness Program
As we continue to keep a close eye on the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the United States, we are taking proactive steps to help ensure the safety of our team members and maintain security and work continuity for our clients. As of Monday, March 16th, all Summit team members started working remotely from their homes. With that said, we have a robust business continuity plan in place that will enable us to continue to provide you with the level of service you have come to expect from your team at Summit. All of our communications and systems are available in a secure manner online for our team’s use.
While we do not anticipate any significant changes in our service or communication with our clients, if you experience any issues whatsoever please contact us immediately.
These short-term policies will be revisited by the Leadership Continuity Committee and continued/revised/suspended as conditions warrant.
We appreciate your understanding in this time of uncertainty. Should you need to enact contingency measures for your own business, please reach out to us if you have any questions. We are always here to help.
We’re proud to be your partner and will continue to do everything in our power to deliver on our promise to serve you in this evolving environment. On behalf of all of us here at Summit, we thank you for your continued support, and extend our best wishes to you and your families.
